John Hart has been practicing commercial and industrial property insurance subrogation
and coverage litigation for more than 40 years.
He is licensed in texas and Minnesota, and has

West indies. He has represented clients in large
property losses, including property and business
interruption claims involving catastrophes such as
fires, explosions, collapses, and structural failures
of buildings, cranes and other such apparatus,

failures of industrial machinery and power generation equipment. He has

Fred Shuchart, a shareholder in the Houston office of cooper & Scully, p.c., specializes
in coverage and coverage litigation with over
23 years of experience in providing analysis
and representation in all lines of insurance.
He has extensive experience in construction
defect litigation with respect to both coverage
and liability. He also has expertise in handling
extra-contractual litigation and has served as
an expert witness in extra-contractual litigation
matters. He has argued cases on appeal before multiple State courts
along with the Federal Fifth circuit court. He travels across the county
presenting continuing education courses to insurance professionals.

Leslie Van Frank is a dedicated professional with almost three decades of experience in
title insurance defense, real property and land
