Jeffrey D. Diamond is an active member of both the State Bars of Georgia and California. He
has 35 years experience as a practicing litigation attorney, specializing in Insurance law and
Coverage, with extensive experience as both a
trial and appellate lawyer. During his career, he
has represented both insurance companies and
policyholders in insurance coverage and bad faith
actions, currently focusing his practice on representing policyholders, primarily in Georgia. He
has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as an
AV Rated attorney and has been named a 2013 Georgia Super lawyer. He is
a frequent speaker on topics relating to Insurance law and coverage and has
qualified as an expert witness on insurance coverage and bad faith issues in
both State and Federal Court. In addition to his active law practice, he is the
Insurance law Professor at both Georgia State University College of law and
Atlanta’s John Marshall law School, and annually serves on the faculty in the
Kessler-Eidson trial techniques Program at Emory law School in Atlanta.
