PROFILE: We handle permanent placements only. Ninety percent of business is
from placing partners and associates in
law firms, and 10 percent is from placing
in-house counsel. Currently, we do mostly

Our client base is national, and we
are also known for the extensive market
research we do on the legal market, which
enables us to do very targeted searches for
clients and candidates.
Practice areas include litigation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions,

Catherine S. Michaelson has presented
programs and advised students at Harvard
Law School for the last nine years. She has
an MBA from Columbia Business School

She is a past president and director of the
Columbia Business School Alumni Club
of New York and sat on the nominating
committee for the Board of Trustees of
